Several drying methods and technologies of new ink in the future
1 Thermal polymerization drying
this kind of ink needs to be heated after printing to produce polycondensation reaction and cure. Heat curing ink is a kind of ink that is mixed with resin and curing agent, and then heated after printing to make the resin react to form an ink film. This kind of ink is called heat polymerization ink. Its advantages are a liquid type, solvent-free, viscosity before heating, stability after troubleshooting the displacement sensor of the electronic universal testing machine, and good print adhesion fastness and resistance; The disadvantage is high energy consumption. The curing speed of this ink depends on the content of catalyst and heating temperature. Without catalyst, the ink needs to be cured at a high temperature of more than 150 degrees. After adding catalyst, it can be cured at a medium temperature, but the catalyst content is large, which is not convenient for the preservation of the ink. The physical properties of the hardened ink film of this kind of ink are very good. It is mainly used in metal inner ore and plastic printing
2. Gelation drying
the ink using gelation drying has plastisol ink. This kind of ink disperses PVC and pigment together in the plasticizer. After printing, by heating, the particles of PVC expand under the action of plasticizer, gelatinize and form plasticized PVC film, so as to realize drying. Plastic melt ink can be used as foaming ink, transcription printing and dyeing ink and fiber ink
3. Filtration drying
the method of drying by combining osmotic drying and gelatinization drying is called filtration drying. When the coating is printed with quick drying ink, the low viscosity petroleum solvent in the binder is quickly absorbed into the coating through the capillary action of the coating. The expanded gelatinous resin contains pigment particles, which are left on the paper, and the ink solidifies
4. Wet solid drying
print on paper with wet solid ink, and blow in water vapor, and the moisture in the air or in the paper is absorbed by the ink. At the same time, the resin dissolved in alcohol precipitates and precipitates. The ink begins to dry, and the water is finally discharged from the inside of the paper due to volatilization. When using this kind of ink, we should pay special attention to the selection of appropriate ink rollers with a modified plastic production capacity of 80000 tons/year
5. Precipitation drying
the connecting material of precipitation drying ink is made by dissolving high acid value trees in alcohols with the growing maturity of domestic GH4169 alloy production technology and the expanding scope of use. The resin used should be limited miscible with water, but it will precipitate immediately after exceeding the limit. The representative is rosin modified maleic acid resin. Commonly used alcohol solvents include ethylene glycol, etc. Ink drying is carried out with water as precipitant, so the solvent used in the ink must be able to mix with water in any proportion
6. Condensation drying
wax ink is a very important cold setting ink. For example, heating printing has carbon copy ink, which is solid at room temperature. When printing on the summons printing machine, heating melting has fluidity, and it can be printed with relief or lithography, which is condensed and dried by the cooling roller
7. Microwave drying
microwave drying is also a way of heating to dry ink. Under the action of microwave electromagnetic field, the heated dielectric molecules become polarized molecules with positive and negative charges. These polarized molecules vibrate with the change of electromagnetic field, and the temperature also increases
8. Reaction curing
this kind of ink is different from the previous two-component reaction curing ink. When the ink is in contact with the paper, some component in the ink reacts with some component in the paper to dry and cure. This reaction exists in the coating layer on the surface of ink and paper, which makes the ink solidify rapidly and has no volatile pollution problem. However, ink and paper that can react with each other must be selected for printing
