Mold industry will develop towards high-end differentiation
Germany, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea and other mold developed countries and regions have brought the latest products and technologies, and they are undoubtedly interested in the high-end market of China's mold industry
recently, the 7th China Chang'an mold exhibition ended. High end manufacturing and innovation are the focus of the exhibition and exchange of this International Mold Exhibition. Germany, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea and other mold developed countries and regions have brought the latest products and technologies, and they are undoubtedly interested in the high-end market of China's mold industry
according to Luo Baihui, Secretary General of the International Mold Association, China is now a major mold manufacturer in the world. In 2011, the total mold sales reached 124 billion yuan, an increase of 10.7% year-on-year, ranking the top three in the world. China's mold industry can produce almost all types of molds required by the industry, and the design and manufacturing level of some molds has entered the international advanced ranks. In 2011, China's mold import and export totaled US $5.24 billion, an increase of 23.06% over 2010. Among them, the total export of molds exceeded US $3billion, exceeding the total import by US $1billion, with a year-on-year increase of 36.87%. However, China is not a powerful country in mold production in the world. Although some mold enterprises in China have more advanced manufacturing technology data and share extraordinary skills that are of great significance to enterprise improvement, industry progress, resource utilization and social development, most of the molds exported by China are medium and low-grade plastic molds and stamping molds. Except for some developing countries, these molds do not have production capacity, Most industrialized countries no longer produce because of cost. The molds imported from China are mainly complex, precise and long-life molds produced in Europe, Japan and the United States. He believes that there is still a 10-year gap between China's mold industry and these countries in terms of design, manufacturing and information application
According to Luo Baihui's analysis, the manufacturing capacity of China's machinery, automobile, electronics, electrical appliances and other products ranks in the forefront of the world. In order to improve market competitiveness, these manufacturing enterprises will put forward new requirements for high quality, low price and fast delivery of molds required in the production process. At the same time, the development of new energy, medical devices, aerospace, energy conservation and emission reduction and other emerging industries is also becoming an important new addition to the mold industry. (1) the preparation of experimental machines is longer, which requires the corresponding mold design and manufacturing technology and information application level to be further improvedat the same time, China has formulated the development plan and transformation and upgrading plan for the mold industry during the 12th Five Year Plan, which has further stimulated the enthusiasm of mold enterprises for technological transformation and equipment renewal. Relevant data show that in the first five months of this year, the investment and technological transformation momentum of China's mold enterprises is strong, and many mold enterprises are constantly trying to produce high-performance molds to adapt to the new situation. Optimizing mold technology, purchasing high-performance CNC machine tools and precision measuring equipment, and striving to create new financing channels are gradually becoming a new trend for mold enterprises to accelerate their progress. Experts attending the cross strait Mold Industry Summit Forum held at the same time said that in the future, China's mold technology will continue to develop in the direction of standardization, automation, specialization, refinement and informatization, and the mold industry will focus on the development of high-end and differentiation
